| 职责描述: |
| |
1、Engage with Global and AP forum lead to follow the programs
about forum
2、Forum data harvesting and analysis
3、Manage forum setting, user ranking and permission
4、eporting for forum traffic and CSAT
5、Interacting with Moderator, work with the partner to identify
and drive resolution to “bug fixes” and other normal operating
maintenance of the forum.
6、 Work back with site editor & tech writer on the
content improvement or SWD experience improvement part
or process enhancement portion on an ongoing basis
based on his analysis of traffic report,
CSAT report, top issues/postings report etc.
7、 Develop and maintain a set of “standard” responses that
will be used by the moderator to help ensure the users have
completed a series of steps to validate their issue to justify
a possible escalation situation
8、 Perform triage on potential escalations that are received
through the moderator or directly from a trusted set of super
users that have been engaged to provide feedback on the forum.
9、 Involve in forum escalations.
10、 Use of Private forums
11、 Develop relationships with the administrators of the other
HP forums for the purpose of establishing best practices across HP.
