- CCNP certified - ideally CCVP certified - Cisco Call Manager 4.2 or/and 6.1 experience - At least 3 years network configuration hands on experience - At least 1 year working experience with Cisco Call Manager desired: - Cisco voice gateway configuration - Cisco Unity UM experience - Cisco IPCC Contact Centre experience -very good written and oral English skills -willingness to provide 24x7 on-call support on a roster basis
